This uniquely styled mountain decor Condo is nestled among towering pines, located on Meadows Golf Course 12th Fairway. Just steps away from the Village Mall, Sunriver Lodge and the South Pool. Our home is associated with the Sunriver Lodge, which means you can enjoy all it has to offer. Golfing at Sunriver's private Crosswater Golf Course to the facilities of Sage Spring Club Spa, plus much more. (see below for all the Lodge benefits) This Condo is not part of a large hi-rise complex. They are a 2 unit buildings situated along the golf course, which makes them all private and quiet.

The home features a reverse living floor plan, 2 bdrm and 2 bath, with vaulted ceilings and large windows, which brings in lots of natural light. On the main floor (upstairs) you have the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room is very open with large windows which look out onto the upper deck and the golf course. The deck has a gas barbecue and seating for those relaxing afternoons. There is a lava rock wood burning fireplace in the living room (wood provided) for those chilly nights or turn on the air conditioning for those hot afternoons. Also, there is a queen size hide-a-bed, 27 inch cable TV with VCR and DVD. The kitchen has been remodeled and is fully equipped with everything you need. The dining area has seating for eight.

The lower level has the master suite and the second bedroom. In the master suite there is a king-size bed, and also another wood burning fireplace. We have an electric blanket on this bed for those chilly nights. There is a deck off the master which overlooks the golf course. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed along with a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV and VCR.
There are also two separate seating areas on the stairway landings which make for a quite getaway. The upper stairway landing has a childs bed. The stairway also leads to a roof top deck which is a perfect place to soak up the sun or to enjoy your morning coffee.
As our guests you are also Lodge guests, which means you get discounts at both Sunriver Golf Courses & Golfing privileges at Crosswater. Along with discounts at the Marina, Sunriver Stables, & Sunriver Bike Shop. You also can enjoy the facilities of the Sage Spring Spa Club, which provides indoor tennis, weight room & aerobics, lap pool, hot tub, and the Spa Services. You can also use the Lodge Condo's Pool & Hot Tub along with Sunriver's two other pools.
