Situated among towering pines, there is completely new mountain furnishings in this 1515 sq ft home on a large private lot with lots of common space.  This quality constructed home is centrally located in Sunriver.  Just a short walk or ride on the bike path will take you to Fort Rock Park with all its activities, or the Tennis Courts are even closer.  You can head in the other direction to the Deschutes River.

This reverse living floor plan features a great room with vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light. On the main floor (upstairs) you have a great room where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open. All the windows overlook common space on 3 sides of the home. There is a wood stove (wood provided) for those cold winter evenings or turn on the air conditioning for those hot summer afternoons. Also a TV with a VCR/DVD, and a movie collection along with board games. We also have a Stereo/CD and even have hi-speed wireless internet for those who want to bring their laptops, or we have a desk top computer for your use.  The living room also has a queen size sofa sleeper. The large wrap around deck will keep you in the sun or shade the entire day. There is a gas barbecue, umbrella table and plenty of seating along with the hot tub on the very private deck.
The dining area has plenty of seating with 2 more at the island. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an electric blanket for those chilly nights.  There is also a TV & DVD in the Maseter Bedroom.

The lower level has bedroom #2 which has a queen size bed also with an Electric Blanket. Bedroom 3 is just down the hall after the second bathroom where there is a full size bed and a twin bunk set. There is a TV with VCR & DVD in this room. The laundry area is just off the hall where there is a full size washer and dryer. There is access to the garage where you will find a 2 car garage and 5 bikes and 1 tandem bike. There is a vast amount of bike trails in Sunriver just waiting for you to explore.
